Tire bends ALFRA are in great demand among professionals – equipment for bending and perforating current-carrying tires.

On one machine, with the help of simple manipulations, you can bend copper tires 120.0x12.0 mm and get round and oval holes from 6.6 to 21.5 mm. Both mechanical and electronic goniometers can be used to set the bending angle.
When bending, the piston movement is automatically switched off when the required angle is reached. The tire bend is powered by a special electrohydraulic station, to which a tire cutter can also be connected, designed for copper and aluminum tires up to 120.0x12.0 mm.

There is also a lightweight (frame) type of tire bend that performs the same functions, which is powered by a DSP-120 pump.
